Canoe Trails Code of Conduct & Information

This form is to document rules, guidelines, and general information
 pertaining to the Canoe Trails Program. This document must be turned 
in to a CT Committee member by the designated due date.
The Code of Conduct document will not be accepted by means of the
Canoe Trails Forum or by email. Filling out this documentation
and turning it in does not guarantee a spot in any activity
or group going to Canada due to each individual being reviewed
and approved by the Canoe Trails Committee.
