This form is for the granting of permission by all individuals
interested in text messages by means of a cell phone. Youth under the age of
18 must have a parental signature for this service. These text
messages will be sent from an official Canoe Trails email system. This
 form releases Canoe Trails and its members, the Boy Scouts of America, as
well as all participating organizations of Canoe Trails from any
fees that may apply to receiving this service. 

All standard text message fees apply according to the participant's
 service provider. Canoe Trails will not charge any fees for this service,
but the participant's service provider may charge the standard text
message fee. This document must be turned in to a CT
 Committee member. The SMS Text Notifications document will not be
accepted by means of the Canoe Trails Forum or by email.
